From South Jersey take Commodore Barry Bridge into Philadelphia:
Take 95 South to-495 South
Take Terminal Avenue, Exit 2 (Port of Wilmington)
Make Right turn at end of ramp
Go to traffic light and bear right (you are now on New Castle Avenue)
Go to second traffic light; make a left onto 'C' Street
Turn at first left into parking lot
From Baltimore MD
Take 95 North to 495 North
Take Terminal Ave. Exit 2 (Port of Wilmington)
Turn left off the Terminal Avenue Exit
Make a right at the first light (you are now on New Castle Avenue)
Go to second traffic light; make a left onto "C"" Street
Turn at first left into parking lot From Dover, DE
Take 13 North, then Route 1 North to 95 North
From 95 North take 495 North
Take Terminal Avenue, Exit 2 (Port of Wilmington)
Turn left off the Terminal Avenue Exit
Make a right at the first light (you are now on New Castle Avenue)
Go to second traffic light; make a left onto 'C' Street
Turn at first left into parking lot From Downtown Wilmington
Take 4th Street and continue over the Winchester Bridge
At this point' 4th street becomes Heald Street
Continue on Heald Street; turn left onto "'C"' Street
Turn at first right into parking lot Note: If parking lot is full drive through the lot and turn left on Pearl Street. At the end of the street on the right is additional parking available in the VFW lot.

Merge onto DE-1 N (portions toll).
Merge onto I-95 N via exit number 165B toward I-295/Philadelphia/Wilmington.
Take the US 202/Concord Pk. exit number 8 toward Wilmington/West Chester.
Merge onto Concord Ave/DE 202 S toward Wilmington
Turn Slight Left onto N Broom St.
N Broom St becomes Miller Rd.
Turn Slight Right onto Lea Blvd.
End at 700 Lea Blvd. Suite 201 From Downtown Wilmington
Southwest on N King ST/US-13 BR S toward E 10th St.
Turn Right onto E 10th St. E 10th becomes Delaware AVE.
Turn Right onto N. West ST.
Turn Left onto W 12th St./DE-52 N.
Turn Right onto N Washington St.
Stay straight to go onto Baynard BLVD.
Turn Slight Right onto N Broom St.
